Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(b) of the Companies Act 1993
Grant Edward Burns and Richard Dale Agnew, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies by the High Court, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 12 March 2010 at the times stated below:
- WILDMAN INVESTMENTS LIMITED
(in liquidation) at 10.10am.
- AUBURN APARTMENTS LIMITED (in receivership and in liquidation) at 10.37am.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
We fix 12 April 2010 as the day by which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
