Craig Alexander Sanson, insolvency practitioner, and
John Howard Ross Fisk, chartered accountant, both of Wellington, were appointed joint and several liquidators
of D'URVILLE VINEYARD LIMITED by the company's shareholders, pursuant to a special resolution dated the
10th day of March 2010 at 3.42pm.
We fix 10 May 2010 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
