Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(b) of the Companies Act 1993
On 26 February 2010 at 12.00 midday, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2) of the Companies Act 1993,
that the above-named companies be liquidated and that Raymond Arthur Hancox, chartered accountant of Hamilton, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidations commenced on 26 February 2010 at 12.00 midday.
