Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
We, Philip Brett Harre and Joseph Craig McNeill, chartered accountants of Feilding, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of DNC DESIGN (FEILDING) LIMITED by special resolution of the shareholders on 11 March 2010 at 10.00am, the date and time that the liquidation commenced.
