Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, Richard Grant Simpson and Simon John Thorn, of Grant Thornton New Zealand Limited, were appointed liquidators of TIEG LIMITED.
The liquidation commenced on 10 March 2010 at 5.30pm.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix 31 March 2010 as the date on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
