Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
We, Ross John Hadwin and Ronald Wilfred Eglinton, chartered accountants of Palmerston North, were appointed joint liquidators of the above-named company by order
of the High Court at Palmerston North on 5 March 2010.
The liquidation commenced on 5 March 2010, being the date of our consent to the appointment.

Notice is hereby given that as liquidators of CENTRAL AUTOCOURT (2000) LIMITED, we fix 1 April 2010 as
the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993 (as amended), or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
