On 23 December 2009 at 11.49am, John Albert Price, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, was appointed liquidator of TRINITY GOLD LIMITED by the shareholders of the company.
Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator has fixed 29 January 2010 as the last day on which any creditors are to make their
claims and establish any priority under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
