Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
We, Brian Mayo-Smith and David Brian O’Connor, chartered accountants of BDO Auckland, were appointed joint liquidators of the above-named companies by special resolutions of the shareholders on 21 December 2009 at 5.00pm.

Notice is hereby given that as joint liquidators of the
above-named companies, we fix 25 January 2010 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993
(as amended), or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
