Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Glenn Andrew Walker, chartered accountant, was appointed liquidator of the above-named companies by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 3 February 2010 at 12.45pm.
The liquidator hereby gives notice that 9 April 2010 has been fixed as the day on or before which the creditors of
the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
