Notice is hereby given that, by shareholders' resolution dated the 24th day of February 2010 at 3.15pm to liquidate the company, the shareholders have appointed Ronald Graeme Sands as the liquidator for that purpose.
A declaration of solvency has been completed by the directors.
The liquidator fixes 27 March 2010 as the last day by which creditors can claim and to establish any priority their claims may have on the company.
