Public Notice of Appointment of liquidator
Companies Act 1993, Section 3, 255(2)(b)
On 26 January 2010, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2) of the Companies Act 1993, that KAURI ARMS LIMITED be liquidated and that Andrew Peter Tuckey, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 26 January 2010.
