Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Vivian Judith Fatupaito, insolvency practitioner, and
Grant Edward Burns, chartered accountant, both of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators
of NZ EARTHWORKS LIMITED by the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993,
on 1 March 2010 at 11.10am.
We fix 1 April 2010 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
