Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is hereby given, in pursuance of section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that, by judgement of the High Court made 17 March 2009 and sealed 30 September 2009, the trust was placed in liquidation and Murray Neil Frost appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on 17 March 2009 at 4.00pm.
The liquidator does hereby fix 27 January 2010 as the day on or before which the creditors of the trust are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
Enquiries may be directed by any creditor of the trust during normal business hours to the liquidator.
