Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
On 19 February 2010 at 5.00pm, the shareholders of HALLMAC BUILDERS LIMITED passed a special resolution putting the company into liquidation and appointed Hudson Biggs, of Keogh McCormack Limited, and Trevor Laing, of Trevor Laing & Associates, as joint liquidators of the company.
Creditors should file claims by 24 March 2010.
