Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 and by the shareholder's special resolution on 22 December 2009 at 10.26am to liquidate the company, the shareholder has appointed Kenneth David Trehearne as liquidator of the company.
The liquidator fixes 8 February 2010 as the final day by which creditors of the company are to make claims against the company and to establish any priority of such claims, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or otherwise.
