Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 26 February 2010, it was resolved by special resolution
of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a), that A.R.C. ENTERPRISES LIMITED be liquidated and that Haydn Walter Ash, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 26 February 2010 at 3.00pm.
