Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
At the watershed meeting held on 3 December 2009 at 11.45am, Jeffrey Philip Meltzer and Arron Leslie Heath, chartered accountants, were appointed joint and several liquidators of CEA TRADING LIMITED (in receivership and in liquidation) by resolution of the company's creditors and pursuant to section 241(2)(d) of the Companies Act 1993.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidators of CEA TRADING LIMITED (in receivership and in liquidation) fix
29 January 2010 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
