Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
The Companies Act 1993
On 23 February 2010, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that JUST TEES LIMITED be liquidated and that Pat Norris, insolvency practitioner of Nelson, be appointed liquidator.
This liquidation commenced on 23 February 2010 at 11.15am.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator of the above-named company has fixed 23 March 2010 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
