Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Malcolm Grant Hollis, chartered accountant, and Rhys James Cain, insolvency practitioner, both of Christchurch, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies by the High Court, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 24 February 2010 at the times stated:
- HUDSON GIFTS LIMITED (in liquidation) at 9.00am.
- AMULETA LIMITED (in liquidation) at 9.00am.
- MY HOUSE MY GARDEN LIMITED (in liquidation) at 9.00am.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
We fix 31 March 2010 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
