Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 22 February 2010 at 11.25am, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that ONEWA HOLDINGS LIMITED be voluntarily liquidated and that John Albert Price be appointed liquidator for that purpose.
Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator has fixed 19 March 2010 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and establish any priority they may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
