Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
I, John Richard Palairet, chartered accountant of Napier, was appointed liquidator of the above-named company by a special resolution of the shareholders on 21 December 2009.
The liquidation commenced on 21 December 2009, being the date of my consent to appointment.
