Notice is hereby given that on 16 February 2010 at
10.11am, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, Anthony John McCullagh and Stephen Mark Lawrence, of PKF Corporate Recovery & Insolvency (Auckland) Limited, were appointed as joint and several liquidators of NEW ZEALAND PREMIER RIVER LODGE & SPA LIMITED (in liquidation) by an order of the High Court at Nelson.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidators have fixed 22 March 2010 as the day on or before which the creditors of the above-named company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
