Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 17 February 2010, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that FLORA INVESTMENTS LIMITED be liquidated and that Callan Paul Albert Rogers and Christine Joy Henderson, chartered accountants of Auckland, be appointed liquidators for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 17 February 2010.
