Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Derek Ah Sam and Paul Vlasic, insolvency practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies by the High Court, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 12 February 2010 at the times stated below:
- THE SPA AND POOL FACTORY TAURANGA LIMITED (in liquidation) at 11.28am.
- SHALAMRA ENTERPRISES LIMITED
(in receivership and in liquidation) at 11.29am.
We fix 26 March 2010 as the date on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from
the benefit of any distribution made before their claims
are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
