Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
I, Hamish John Pryde, of Coombe Smith (PN) Limited, chartered accountants of Palmerston North, hereby give notice that I have been appointed liquidator of MPD INVESTMENTS LIMITED by special resolution of the shareholders.
The liquidation commenced on 17 February 2010 at 9.00am.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes
25 March 2010 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
