Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Vivian Judith Fatupaito, insolvency practitioner, and Richard Dale Agnew, chartered accountant, both of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of PACIFICARE TRUST (in receivership and in liquidation) by the High Court, pursuant to section 25 of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957, on 16 February 2010 at 12.08pm.
We fix 16 March 2010 as the day by which the creditors of the charitable trust are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
