Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Make Claims
On 15 February 2010, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that ATLEGAL LIMITED be liquidated and that Barry White, of Auckland, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on Monday 15 February 2010 at 12.12pm.
Notice to creditors to make claims and establish priority is fixed for 16 March 2010.
