David Murray Blanchett, chartered accountant of Hamilton, and Vivian Judith Fatupaito, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators
of ALBERT (2006) LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 12 February 2010 at 10.49am.
We fix 28 April 2010 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
