Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 4 November 2009, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that JBK’S LIMITED be liquidated and that David John Miller, chartered accountant of Porirua, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 4 November 2009.
