Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Malcolm Grant Hollis, chartered accountant, and Rhys James Cain, insolvency practitioner, both of Christchurch, were appointed joint and several liquidators of THE PLACE ON THE HILL LIMITED by the High Court at Invercargill, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 10 February 2010 at 10.25am.
We fix 3 March 2010 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
