Take notice that RETAIL READY IMPORT AGENCIES LIMITED (in liquidation) was put into liquidation by the shareholder, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 2 February 2010.
Robert Bruce Walker was appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on 2 February 2010 at 4.15pm.
The liquidator hereby fixes 2 April 2010 as the day on
or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to their distribution.
