Notice of First Meeting of Creditors
Notice is hereby given that Bryan Edward Williams, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, has been appointed administrator of ACTIVE REHAB LIMITED (administrator appointed) on 14 December 2010 pursuant to section 239I of the Companies Act 1993.
The first meeting of creditors of the company in terms of section 239AN of the Companies Act 1993 will be held at the business premises of the company at 7 Wolter Crescent, Cromwell, on 23 December 2010.
The purpose of the meeting is to decide whether to:
(a) appoint a creditors' committee and, if so, to appoint its members; and
(b) replace the administrator.
