Notice of First Meeting of Creditors
Notice is hereby given that Bryan Edward Williams, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, was appointed administrator of THE WEB COMPANY NZ LIMITED (administrator appointed) on 30 September 2010, pursuant to section 239I of the Companies Act 1993.
The first meeting of creditors of the company, in terms of section 239AN of the Companies Act 1993, will be held at Allely House, corner of Old North Road and State Highway 16, Kumeu, on 12 October 2010, commencing at 10.30am.
The purpose of the meeting is to:
(a) decide whether to appoint a creditors’ committee and, if so, to appoint its members; and
(b) decide whether to replace the administrator.
