Notice of Appointment of Voluntary Administrator
Pursuant to Sections 239AO and 239ADW(1)(b) of the Companies Act 1993
Stephen Lawrence Delamere Webb, lawyer, Neighbourhood Law, Nelson, has been appointed voluntary administrator of the above-named company on 16 June 2010 by the company, pursuant to section 239I of the Companies Act 1993.
The administration commenced on that date.
Notice of First Meeting of Creditors
Notice is hereby given that a first meeting of the creditors
of the company will be held, pursuant to sections 239AJ
and 239AN of the Companies Act 1993, on Friday 25 June 2010 at 9.30am at the Boardroom, Nelson Suburban Club, 168 Tahunanui Drive, Nelson.
Agenda
The purpose of the meeting is to determine:
(a) whether to appoint a committee of creditors; and,
if so,
(b) who are to be the committee’s members.
At that meeting, creditors may also by resolution:
(a) remove the voluntary administrator from office; and
(b) appoint someone else as voluntary administrator of the company.
