Notice of Appointment of Administrator
Pursuant to Section 239ADW of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that Murray G. Allott, chartered accountant, was appointed as administrator of the
above-named companies on 8 April 2010 by the passing
of a resolution of the board of each company pursuant to section 239I of the Companies Act 1993.
Notice to Secured Creditors
Notice is hereby given that any creditor who has valid security over the whole, or substantially the whole, of the property of any of the companies in administration has
10 working days from the date of administration to enforce its security, failing which it will lose its opportunity to do so, without specific leave of the administrator or the Court.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
All creditors should forward details of any claim they
may have against any of the companies, including details of any claims made against the assets of any of the Companies relating to reservation of title or otherwise, to the administrator's address immediately.
Notice of First Meeting of Creditors
Notice is given that the administrator has called a joint meeting of the creditors of each of the companies, pursuant to sections 239AJ(a) and 239AL of the Companies Act 1993, to be held at 12.00 midday on Tuesday 20 April 2010 at the offices of Housing First at 36 Bannister Street, Masterton.
The purpose of the meeting is to determine:
(a) whether to appoint a committee of creditors; and
(b) if so, who are to be the committee's members.
At the meeting, creditors may also by resolution:
(a) remove the administrator from office; and
(b) appoint someone else as administrator of the company.
Any creditor wishing to object to the holding of a joint meeting of creditors may do so by sending a written objection to the administrator at the administrator's address (below) not later than 12.00 midday on Monday 19 April 2010.
Unless a creditor objects in accordance with this notice, the creditors will be taken to have agreed to the joint meeting.
