Public Notice of Proposed Amalgamation
Pursuant to Section 221(4) of the Companies Act 1993
The boards of TE AWANUI HUKA PAK LIMITED and KIWI COAST GROWERS (TE PUKE) LIMITED (each an amalgamating company) give notice of the proposed amalgamation of those companies.
TE AWANUI HUKA PAK LIMITED is intended to continue as the amalgamated company.
It is intended that TE AWANUI HUKA PAK LIMITED will change its name to KIWI COAST GROWERS
(TE PUKE) LIMITED immediately after the amalgamation becomes effective.
Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection during normal business hours by any shareholder or creditor of an amalgamating company, or any person
to whom the amalgamating company is under an obligation, at the registered offices of the amalgamating companies detailed below.
A shareholder or creditor of an amalgamating company, or any person to whom an amalgamating company is under an obligation, is entitled to be supplied free of charge with a copy of the amalgamation proposal upon request to the amalgamating company.
