STERLING HOLES MANAGEMENT LIMITED (in liquidation) (1561038) – liquidator’s first report contained errors – 24 March 2009 (application by liquidator).
TASMAN MORTGAGES LIMITED (in liquidation) (1439022) – liquidator was appointed outside the 10-working day limit of section 241AA(2) of application being filed for appointment of liquidators by the High Court – 17 February 2009 (application by liquidators).
THEATRE OF THE MIND NEW ZEALAND LIMITED (2225044) – the consent on incorporation of the shareholder Theatre of the Mind Productions International, Inc. omitted International – 27 March 2009.
