MR HAPPY DAYS LIMITED (in receivership and in liquidation) (1554437) – notice of appointment of interim liquidators (31 January 2008) was not registrable. Liquidation commenced with the appointment of liquidators (6 June 2008) – 6 June 2008 (application by liquidators).
ONESTEEL RECYCLING LIMITED (1818973) – financial statements contained errors – 23 December 2008.
RATA PROPERTIES LIMITED (in liquidation) (1183633) – copy resolution that company could pay its debts on appointment of liquidator was unsigned – 25 February 2009 (application by liquidator).
RUN THE RED LIMITED (1139728) – incorrect constitution filed – 10 March 2009.
S.P.T.S. LIMITED (in liquidation) (910521) – date of appointment of liquidators should be 5 February 2009 not 5 January 2009 – 5 February 2009 (application by liquidators).
SARACON CONSULTING LIMITED (in liquidation) (1005799) – liquidator appointed outside the 10-working day limit of section 241AA – 19 February 2009 (application by later liquidators).
THE TRADIE MAGAZINE PTY LTD (2089875) – company to be removed from the Overseas Register, as registration was not authorised by the board and it has not carried on business in New Zealand – 30 January 2008.
USL PROPERTIES LIMITED (in liquidation) (1282234) – copy resolution that company could pay its debts on appointment of liquidator was unsigned – 25 February 2009 (application by liquidator).
WESTCOAST BREWING LIMITED (1901471) – director’s certificate referred to issue of 1,020 shares instead of 8,824 shares – 26 November 2008.
Any person who wishes to object must do so by 27 April 2009 (being not less than 20 working days after the date of this notice).
