Notice of Proposed Amalgamation
Notice is given, pursuant to section 221(4)(b) of the Companies Act 1993, of the proposed amalgamation of PAPAMOA TRANSPORT LIMITED, QUALITY MARSHALLING HOLDINGS LIMITED, LAMBERT MILL DIRECT LIMITED, HUNTERS CREEK SAWMILL 2000 LIMITED and KAITUNA TIMBER COMPANY LIMITED.
The amalgamated (continuing) company will be PAPAMOA TRANSPORT LIMITED.
The amalgamation is proposed to take effect on 31 March 2009.
Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection by any shareholder or creditor of any of the amalgamating companies and any person to whom any company is under an obligation at the registered offices
of the amalgamating companies at 132 First Avenue, Tauranga.
A shareholder or creditor of any of the amalgamating companies or any person to whom any of the amalgamating companies is under an obligation is entitled to be supplied free of charge with a copy of the amalgamation proposal upon request to any of the amalgamating companies.
