Public Notice of Proposed Amalgamation
Pursuant to Section 221(4)(b) of the Companies Act 1993
The boards of OXFORD PRODUCTIONS NO.1 LIMITED, LOCKWOOD HOLDINGS LIMITED, CIC CROMBIE LIMITED and HALEM INVESTMENTS LIMITED (“the amalgamating companies”) give notice
of an amalgamation proposal affecting each of the amalgamating companies.
OXFORD PRODUCTIONS NO.1 LIMITED will be the amalgamated (or surviving) company.
Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection during normal business hours by any shareholder or creditor of each of the amalgamating companies, or any person to whom each of the amalgamating companies is under an obligation, at the registered offices of the each of the amalgamating companies detailed below.
A shareholder or creditor of each of the amalgamating companies or any person to whom each of the
amalgamating companies is under an obligation is entitled to be provided free of charge with a copy of the amalgamation proposal by writing to the registered office of any of the amalgamating companies, detailed below, requesting a copy.
