Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 243 of the Companies Act 1993, that a meeting of creditors of YORKSHIRE PROPERTIES LIMITED (in liquidation)
will be held at the Quality Inn, West End corner of Great North Road and Crummer Road, Grey Lynn, Auckland, on
22 April 2009, commencing at 4.30pm.
The following resolutions will be submitted to the meeting:
Resolution A: That John Michael Gilbert be confirmed as liquidator.
Resolution B: That a creditors' committee be appointed.
Such other resolutions relating to the business of the meeting as may properly be put to the meeting.
