Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Notice is given that a second meeting of creditors of NORTH HARBOUR RESIDENTIAL LIMITED (administrator appointed) will be held in the Conference Room, Level 2, Southern Cross Building, 59 High Street, Auckland, on Wednesday, 16 September 2009, commencing at 10.00am.
Registration will be from 9.45am.

1. To consider the report of the administrator.
2. To determine:
(a) whether to execute a deed of company arrangement; or
(b) whether the administration should end; or
(c) whether the company should be placed in liquidation.
