Notice of Watershed Meeting
Pursuant to Section 239AU(1)(b) of the Companies Act 1993
The administrators of NYLEX (NEW ZEALAND) LIMITED and NYLEX ENGINEERING SYSTEMS LIMITED hereby give notice that the watershed meetings called, pursuant
to section 239AU(1)(b) of the Companies Act 1993, will
be held at the office of the administrators, Meltzer
Mason Heath, Level 16, 7 City Road, Auckland at
2.00pm (NYLEX (NEW ZEALAND) LIMITED)
and 4.00pm (NYLEX ENGINEERING LIMITED) on Friday, 7 August 2009.
The purpose of the meetings is:
1. To receive the administrators' report on the administrations.
2. To determine:
(a) whether it would be in the creditors' interests for
the company to execute a deed of company arrangement;
(b) whether it would be in the creditors' interests for
the administration to end; and
(c) whether it would be in the creditors' interests for
the company to be placed in liquidation.
Mike Lamacraft is authorised to receive and count postal votes in relation to the watershed meeting.
