Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to Section 243(3) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that a first meeting of creditors of
the above-named companies is to be held on Friday, 5 June 2009 at 12.00 midday, at the offices of the liquidators at Level 3, 48 Courthouse Lane, Chancery Building, Auckland.
Forms of general and special proxies are available from
the office of the liquidators at the address below.
Proxies to be used at the meeting must be lodged at the office of the liquidators no later than Wednesday, 3 June 2009 at 11.00am.
