Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to section 243 of the Companies Act 1993, a meeting of the creditors of the above-named companies
will be held at the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants, 27-33 Ohinerau Street, Remuera, Auckland, on Thursday, 2 July 2009 at 11.00am.
Agenda
1. Liquidators' reports on the proceeding of the liquidations to date.
2. To receive the views of creditors in regard to the companies' affairs.
3. To consider whether creditors wish to appoint different liquidators in place of Jeffrey Philip Meltzer and Lloyd James Hayward.
4. Appointment of liquidation committee pursuant to section 314 of the Companies Act 1993.
Proxies
Proxies must be completed and deposited at the offices of the liquidators not later than 48 hours before the meeting.
