16 March 2009 at 10.30am.
Agenda
1. Liquidator’s report on the proceeding of the liquidation
to date.
2. To receive the views of creditors in regards to the company’s affairs.
3. To confirm the appointment of Grant Bruce Reynolds as liquidator or to make an application to the Court for the appointment of a liquidator in place of Grant Bruce Reynolds.
4. Appointment of a creditors’ committee pursuant to section 314 of the Companies Act 1993.
