Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to Section 243 of the Companies Act 1993
Meetings of the creditors of the above-named companies will be held at the offices of Meltzer Mason Heath, Level 16, 7 City Road, Auckland, on Wednesday, 23 December 2009 at 10.30am.
Agenda
1. Liquidators' report on the proceeding of the liquidations to date.
2. To receive the views of creditors in regards to the companies' affairs.
3. To consider whether the creditors wish to appoint different liquidators in place of Karen Betty Mason and Arron Leslie Heath.
4. Appointment of liquidation committee(s), pursuant to section 314 of the Companies Act 1993.
Proxies
Proxies must be completed and deposited at the offices of the liquidators not later than 48 hours before the meeting.
