The applicant described below has applied, under section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, for the removal of a right of way.
The applicant claims the right of way is redundant by reason of the circumstances set out below.

Easement: Right of way over Lot 1 DP 19604 comprised in Computer Freehold Register NL13A/719, created by conveyance 48030 (DR 62/570).
Circumstances: Part of the servient land having been taken for road by Gazette Notice 8325440.1 and the remaining servient land shown on DP 19604 having become physically separated from the dominant land as a result of subdivision.
