The applicant described below has applied, under section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, for the removal of a right to construct and maintain a water race. The applicant claims the right to construct and maintain a water race is determined by reason of the circumstances set out below.

Easement: A right to construct and maintain a water race in favour of The New Golden Run Dredging Company Limited.
Circumstances: The easement has been determined with the provisions of transfer 25500 by giving the prescribed notice to the grantee.
