Description: For an estate in fee simple in 5999 square metres, being part Section 1 of 3 Block I and part Section 5 Block I Otago Peninsula Survey District which is the residue of the land remaining in Deeds Index J194 and H255 such land being part of the land granted to Thomas Forrester under Crown Grant 15417 dated 4 June 1867 and Crown Grant 13996 dated 19 December 1866 and conveyance 70451 dated 12 March 1894 to Mary Burgess who is recorded as being the documentary owner thereof.
